As we head further into 2026, I want to hit reset for a moment and remind you exactly what Ferly is here to do, and how we support women who feel disconnected, stuck, or frustrated with their intimacy.

For far too long, we’ve been miseducated, misled, and sold unrealistic ideas about what our sex lives “should” look like, leaving so many women feeling broken or behind.

Ferly exists to fight that, with practical tools, compassion, and science-backed support that actually works.

Right now, there are a few different ways you can explore this work:

💛 The Ferly Method: Personalised 1:1 Support

And this is the new layer I’m most excited to share with you.

As your new resident sex coach at Ferly, I’ll be bringing the Ferly Method to life through personalised one-to-one support with a limited number of women.

If you didn’t already know, Ferly is BIG on science! This method is built from years of research, real-world coaching, and insights from industry titans and over a million users of our app. We’ve seen it work with thousands of women who came to us feeling lost, desperate, and resigned to avoiding sex, and we’ve supported them into a place where they feel confident, connected, and genuinely enjoying the sex life they’ve always wanted.

Rather than just talking about problems, the Ferly Method focuses on understanding what’s really happening beneath things like low desire, disconnection, or sex feeling like a chore, and then gently shifting those patterns through practical, supportive work.

In our 1:1 sessions, we explore things like:

  • confidence and agency in relationships

  • communication and emotional safety

  • how desire actually works (and why it changes over time)
